Beverly Hills Flats, 90210, is one of the most exclusive coveted neighborhoods on the Westside.

Fredrick Law Olmstead creator of New York’s Central Park and founder of modern landscape architecture, designed the street scapes of curvy wide tree-lined avenues. This neighborhood was designed to allow the buyers to build custom homes on the land they purchased.

Canon and Beverly were the first streets to be developed, with some homes dating back to as early as 1910. There are 1,712 lots at an average size of 8,000 square feet.

On the southern border is the 2-mile Beverly Gardens Park, popular for jogging and strolling.

Affluent buyers are attracted to Beverly Hills homes with sense of community in a completely residential environment. Beverly Hills is considered one of the more liberal cities in Southern California and has an award-winning school system.

The Beverly Hills Fire Department is considered Class 1 by insurance rating services. First-class shopping and dining are nearby in downtown Beverly Hills.
